Nh Sants Barcelona Hotel

Delicious and efficient breakfast with a huge variety of choices. Tidy and individual room complete with good bathrooms, a terrace and the mini fridge.

Very strange views from the window.

Transport connection is good, close to the metro and train station. Nice cafe nearby. A good restaurant for lunch and dinner across the street.

The room was tiny. It had no ceiling light and only one window, so it was always dark. The double bed was quite small.

Very clean, great mattress, free minibar. Great buffet breakfast - everything of a very good quality.

Slightly thin walls or door. We coud hear cough and the alarm clock from the room opposit to ours. Price-performance is not okay.

The beds were comfortable. Two metro stations are within a walking distance and a bus station is available. A shopping center is nearby. Hotel staff is very nice, provided information and luggage storage was not a problem.

The bathrobe was wet when we arrived. On a day before check out neither towels nor bed linen were changed.

The bed was comfortable. I really appreciated kettle for the preparation of baby bottles and tea. The reception was very helpful and very nice.

We tried ordering food to our room. It was a bit complicated. In the end we had to go to the front desk to order it.

The breakfast was excellent, the room was small and dark but the decor was very good and clean.

Reasonable, good buffet breakfast.

Some (corner) rooms have only a very small window so it's dark there.

It was real 3-stars hotel. Good location - easy to find from Central train station - 10 min walk with heavy suitcase (also the stop of turistic bus). Breakfast is very good. Not noisy.

Bath tube was leaking

Location near a major transportation hub makes exploring the area effortless. The fitness facilities provide a decent way to keep active, but it's more on the compact side, so spacious workouts might be tricky. The cleanliness and upkeep of the communal areas left a positive impression that can't be overlooked.

The sound insulation in the rooms is lacking, especially when the cleaning crew gets to work early. My room was like a fridge at night despite efforts to manage temperature. The daytime comfort didn't carry through to nighttime, which could be tough for light sleepers. Limited space in certain room types can be a bummer for those used to more room to maneuver. The internet performance was sluggish.

The staff were super attentive. Our room was modern and clean. The breakfast was excellent, especially thanks to Ismael who.

My wife says that the hotel could use better soundproofing for a more restful night.

Incredible service, just what we needed.

The hotel is value for money.It is a 4 star hotel and not a 3star in comparison with other cities in europe (ex. Rome).Also, it is near to the station Sants and from there you can move everywhere you want by train and metro.I Was really satisfied!

The staff was not rude but not friendly either.Everything was a bit typical for them and not so warm enviroment.Also, you had to pay for the internet although it said in the lobby that is for free.They only changed the sheets and the towels every 3 days!

Friendly staff, cleanliness, good position

First night I got a room on the 1st floor just next to outside airco installation that made all the time loud noise. The view from the room was completely blocked by an outside wall... Same evening I have asked to change it but it wasn't possible. Next morning I've got a room on the sixth floor, no noise and enough light, but being used by smokers (one could tell by the smell). However I was told that it was a non- smoker room.

cozy, cozy, cozy

I loved the cozy vibe of my Standard Double or Twin Room with its soft lighting and modern decor. The location made it easy to explore quaint cafes and shops just a stroll away! Plus, that breakfast buffet was hands down the best I've ever experienced-so many delicious options!
